 Thank you so much for everything that you did to make our wedding the incredible event that it was! Everything was absolutely spectacular, thanks to all of the planning and hard work that you did! We also wanted you to know that we had numerous people comment that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. While the beautiful setting and the good company surely had something to do with it, we believe it was the martini bar, phenomenal food and perfect orchestration by you and the staff! Thank you!

 I just wanted to tell you that I continue to hear nothing but high praise from everyone about last Friday night. So many people said that they didn’t know the pavilion was so nice. It looked beautiful and everyone said the food was tremendous and the hot hors d’oeuvres were the best they have had. The cookies, martini’s just everything was perfect and the staff could not have been nicer! We ate the leftovers all weekend which was such a nice extra treat!
I could not even think of one comment that would have made it any better. I appreciate all your personal attention as well!

We were so comfortable working with you and we were confident from the beginning that our day would be perfect, and you didn't let us down! The attention to detail was amazing. Everything was set up just the way I asked it to be and that was really important to me. It was so nice that the staff brought down hors d’oeuvres and drinks to the bridal party while we were taking pictures. It was wonderful having a staff member just for us- Jessica made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day and was always there with a drink or some food when we needed it and it was much appreciated. She was wonderful and it was great having her there. You and your staff really went above and beyond for us, and we can't thank you enough!

 I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and hard work. I couldn't have imaged a better day. Working in the catering and event field in the past, I know what you guys have to go through. The service was top notch, there was always someone I could call when I randomly thought of something, and everyone was sooo friendly. Your total package rivals the facilities that I used to work for in Farmington and Avon, however the price was much more workable. I had no complaints from any guests and am still receiving compliments from both friends who shared the day with us and those who are now seeing the pictures. Thank you again for everything.

 You catered our wedding at your facility on July 7, 2007 and we wanted to send a thank you note your way! The food was amazing, the grounds were gorgeous and above all, your staff is incredible! Tara organized it that night and she was great. She answered all of our questions, dealt with our weird questions and concerns and did it all without breaking a sweat. Our families are completely grateful for all of her help. There was also a waitress … I call her "Super Waitress" when I speak of her because I can't remember her name. (editors note: her name is Jessica) She helped me all night. She reminded me when to eat, was constantly asking if we needed anything and even fixed the bustle of my dress with safety pins when it broke. She deserves a raise! Dear Jonathan and Steve,
 We just wanted to thank you for making Linda and Charlie's wedding on September 18, 2005 truly special. According to Linda, it was the "best wedding she ever attended". Her feelings were shared by many of the guests as well. We got so many compliments from our friends and family about the beauty of the wedding site. It helped that the weather cooperated and the ceremony took place with the sun sparkling off the lake and a gentle breeze kept our guests comfortable.
You did a beautiful job setting up the tables according to our specifications. The service and the food were exceptional. We want to thank you for working with us to have the celebration "kosher style" i.e. no shellfish or pork products. All of our requests for adjustments to the menu were accepted without question and carried through. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We received the ultimate compliment from one of our quests, "This food is delicious. It does not taste like typical wedding food, but more like food in a fine restaurant." They were right!
The service was efficient yet unobtrusive. Jessica anticipated our needs before we did and helped us avoid potential problems. All in all, it was a pleasure working with you. We would be happy to personally recommend you and the Pavilion to any potential clients.

 From start to finish, our experience with you and Pavilion Catering in handling Katie's wedding was a total pleasure. You were helpful and available, the facility was perfect, the food fantastic and the staff just as kind and helpful as could be. We had no worries in advance and a perfect evening on July 8, despite ridiculous rain. A fond memory for us all will be our "full service caterers" arriving to rescue us from a flood besieged gazebo at our outdoor rehearsal. Two days later, at the end of the reception, your staff was as pleasant as could be at 12:30 ish as we packed the last of our stuff into our cars. Meghan was especially gracious and attentive to the wedding party. If I tried to think of any detail that was missed, I don't believe I could. Your delicious "leftovers" fed a gathering of friends and relatives the next day at our house. Our wedding guests haven't stopped telling us what a great time they had at the wedding reception.

evening. Your organization and the teamwork of the staff made the evening
go so smoothly.
When I think of all the arrangements for Lauren and Kevin's wedding and the
fact that we were in Maryland and the wedding was being held in
Connecticut, I really wasn't sure how things would come out in the end. On
our first trip to Connecticut when we were looking at a number of
facilities for the wedding, Lauren and Kevin fell in love with the Pavilion
immediately. You and your staff made planning a wedding ceremony and
reception long distance very easy.
Everyone at the wedding thought the food was delicious, the facility
gorgeous, your staff extremely courteous and everyone made a point of
telling us how much they enjoyed the evening. Our best friend's daughter
(dairy allergy) said her meal was delicious and that the person who served
her the dinner wanted to make sure there was nothing in her meal that would
cause her a problem. There aren't too many places that would go to that
extent to make sure everyone was happy.
Besides yourself, Megan and Steve were amazing. They were always one step
ahead of whatever was going on. You should be extremely proud to have such
excellent employees working with you.
Jonathan, I can't thank you and your staff enough for making Lauren and
Kevin's wedding day one they will never forget. Please do not hesitate to

 I just wanted to thank everyone at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake for their wonderful service for my May 29, 2005 wedding. I was reassured the moment I stepped out of the limousine that I had picked the perfect place. Two members of you staff were waiting for me when I arrived and throughout the entire evening there was always someone close by to help. In fact at one point, a flower was falling out of my hair and when I turned around, one of your waitresses (Jessica) was there with a bobby pin! Your staff was very polite and helpful.
The food was even better then I could have imagined. After the ceremony, the wedding party headed down towards the lake where there were hors d'oeuvres and drinks waiting. As soon as I had a taste of your Portobello Mushroom Pinwheel, I knew the food was going to be good. When dinner arrived, not only was the presentation beautiful, but the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend your facility to anyone.

To Jonathan and all the staff at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake:
 We would just like to thank all of you for all of your help with our wedding. You helped us plan a beautiful June wedding and then we discovered that my fiancé was going to be deployed overseas two months before our wedding. Without even breaking stride Jonathan helped us reschedule our wedding and make me feel that everything was going to be okay. The way that you handled everything was so reassuring in a time when really nothing else was. For that I will always be grateful.
Our wedding was then rescheduled for January 22nd, and while the Pavilion is not known for their winter weddings I can honestly say that all of you helped me rework what I imagined my wedding to be and help me come up with a beautiful winter wedding. Everyone worked so hard and it was greatly appreciated.
Then the day of before the wedding arrived and with it the news that we were about to be hit with the Blizzard of 2005! Jonathan was in constant communication with me letting me know that no matter what everything would be okay and that we were going to have a great day. Even with the most awful weather conditions I have seen in years the staff made sure that everyone was comfortable and Jonathan was even out shoveling so that I could come in more easily.
As the festivities started I could not find a single fault in anything. The service was excellent and I know my waitress Jessica was there when ever I needed her, she even fixed my dress after my maid of honor stepped on my bustle and ripped it.
Without question the food, service and the overall atmosphere was absolutely wonderful.
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for making what really was one of the most stressful times in my life much less so. I knew that I was in good hands and that with all the things I needed to be worrying about the Pavilion never was one of them.
I would recommend you to anyone and everyone who is looking for a place for any type of reception no matter what time of year. Without question the Pavilion experience was one of the many greatest memories that I will carry with me when I think about my wedding day.
